Reservations:<\/span><\/b>
All reservations are made based on the vehicle category and not for a specific model. In case of non-availability of a vehicle in the category pre-selected by
the customer, always with reference to a confirmed reservation, Theocar reserves the right to provide the customer a higher category car, at no extra charge.<\/span><\/p>

Driver:<\/span><\/b>
Minimum age limit of 19 years for the use of car groups A,B,C,GM,GM3, with the additional young driver charge of \u20ac10 per day. For the categories CD, DD, DSW ,DX
,H1, G2, G2X, GQ, C2CM, the minimum age limit is 23 years, without additional charge, and for the rest of car categories the age limit is 25 years. Maximum
age limit is 75 years.<\/span><\/p>

Driving license:<\/span><\/b>
The driver must have a valid license for driving in the Greek territory and the E.U., issued at least 1 year prior to the rental\u2019s starting date. Citizens of
countries outside the E.U. are required to be in possession of a valid international driving license, along with their national driving license.<\/span><\/p>

Traffic tickets \u2013 Fines:<\/span><\/b>
Traffic tickets and fines due to violations of the Highway Code are borne by the Renter. In addition, the Renter undertakes the payment of management costs,
where required.<\/span><\/p>

Means of Payment:<\/span><\/b>
Rental is prepaid by cash or by credit\/debit card.<\/span><\/p>

Deposit for Guarantee:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Upon pick up of the vehicle, Theocar will preauthorise an amount from the driver\u2019s credit card as a deposit for guarantee
which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. The credit card must have been issued on the name of the driver,
it must be presented at the time of vehicle pick-up and be valid at that time.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations<\/span><\/b>
Cancellation of a reservation must be done at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled date and hour of the vehicle\u2019s rental (always according
to the exact hour of reservation), as this has been made in the company\u2019s reservations system. Should you wish to cancel a reservation, you should
contact the company through the reservations system.<\/span><\/p>

The following charges shall apply for the cancellation of reservations:<\/span><\/p>

In case of a cancellation notice received by Theocar at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled vehicle\u2019s rental, any amount prepaid shall be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

In case of a cancellation notice received by Theocar less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled vehicle\u2019s rental,\u00a0there shall be no refund of any amount that may have been prepaid.<\/span><\/p>

After hours deliveries \u2013 collections:<\/span><\/b>
Customer extra charge: 25\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>

Out of station deliveries \u2013 collections:<\/span><\/b>
Deliveries and collections out of stations take place upon request by the customer and extra charges apply.<\/span><\/p>

Additional driver:<\/span><\/b>
The 2<\/span>nd<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0driver is free of charge. For the 3rd additional driver the charge is 4\u20ac\/day. The maximum number of drivers is set to 3 persons.<\/span><\/p>

Child seat:<\/span><\/b>
The charge for child seat is set at 7\u20ac\/day upon request by the customer and based on the company\u2019s availability; the maximum charge is set at 60\u20ac\/rental.<\/span><\/p>

Snow chains:<\/span><\/b>
The charge for snow chains is set at 10\u20ac\/day upon request by the customer and based on the company\u2019s availability; the maximum charge is set at 60\u20ac\/rental.<\/span><\/p>

Fuel:<\/span><\/b>
The renter has to return the car with the same quantity of fuel it had when collected. In case the car is returned with a quantity of fuel less than the
original (namely, less than the quantity of fuel the vehicle had when collected by the customer), the customer shall be charged with the fuel difference. No
customer refund is provided in case of the car returned with a quantity of fuel greater than that collected.<\/span><\/p>

Mileage:<\/span><\/b>
Free mileage is provided for rentals of more than 3 days\u2019 duration. For rentals of a duration less than 3 days, prices include a 100 km\/day limitation. In the
latter case, should the renter wish for free mileage, it can opt for the free mileage package, at a charge according to the pricelist applicable from time to
time. Otherwise, for each additional kilometer over and above 100km\/day, the customer will be charged, upon return of the vehicle, with an amount of 0.12\u20ac
per kilometer for passenger cars, or with 0.20\u20ac per km for minivans. A 2,500 km limit applies to rentals of more than 28 days.<\/span><\/p>

Accident:<\/span><\/b>
In case of an accident, the customer is charged with 37\u20ac for the accident file administration costs.<\/span><\/p>

INSURANCES:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

CDW \u2013 Collision Damage Waiver:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The renter is released of the liability for any car damage or in the event of theft:<\/span><\/p>

  • over 700\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract for the A,B,C,CD,GM,GM3 categories<\/span><\/li>
  • over 800\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract for the C2CM,D,DD,DX,G2,G2X categories<\/span><\/li>
  • over 950\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract for the F,F7,FAD,GQ,H1categories<\/span><\/li>
  • over 1250\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract for the F2D,F3D,FF1,FF2,FFL,L1 categories<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    As a necessary condition for release from liability, the damage must be proven not to have been caused by a Highway Code violation.<\/span><\/p>

    What\u2019s not covered?<\/b><\/p>

    • Damage caused intentionally or by negligence.<\/span><\/li>
    • Damage caused by incorrect fuel.<\/span><\/li>
    • Damage caused as a result of a breach of the rental agreement\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>
    • Damage caused as a result of fire, natural disasters and terrorist attacks.<\/span><\/li>
    • Damage to the car interior.<\/li>
    • Glass breakage.<\/li>
    • Damage caused to the underneath and the top of the car, the antenna, the mirrors and the tires.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      SCDW \u2013 Super Collision Damage Waiver:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      The renter is released of the liability for any car damage or\u00a0in the event of theft:<\/span><\/p>

      • over 350\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the\u00a0<\/span>relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of 8\u20ac on top of the CDW for each rental day in respect of the categories A,B,C,CD,GM,GM3.<\/li>
      • over 400\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the\u00a0<\/span>relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of 8\u20ac on top of the CDW for each rental day in respect of the\u00a0categories C2CM,D,DD,DX,G2,G2X<\/li>
      • over 475\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the\u00a0<\/span>relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of 12\u20ac on top of the CDW for each rental day in respect of the\u00a0categories F,F7,FAD,GQ,H1<\/li>
      • over 625\u20ac+VAT provided he\/she accepts and signs the\u00a0<\/span>relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of 12\u20ac on top of the CDW for each rental day in respect of the\u00a0categories F2D,F3D,FF1,FF2,FFL,L1<\/li><\/ul>

        As a necessary condition for release from liability, the damage must be proven not to have been caused by a Highway Code violation.<\/span><\/p>

        What\u2019s not covered?<\/b><\/p>

          FDW \u2013 Full Damage Waiver:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

          The renter is fully released of the liability for any car damage provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of:<\/span><\/p>

          15\u20ac on top of the CDW for each rental day in respect of the categories A,B,C,CD,GM,GM3<\/span>,<\/span>D,DD,DX,G2,G2X,GQ,H1<\/span><\/p>

          20\u20ac on top of the CDW for each rental day in respect of the categories F,F7,FAD,F2D,FFD,F3D,FF1,FF2,FFL,FF,L1.<\/span><\/p>

          As a necessary condition for release from liability, the damage must be proven not to have been caused by a Highway Code violation.<\/span><\/p>

          What\u2019s not covered?<\/b><\/p>

          • Damage caused intentionally or by negligence.<\/span><\/li>
          • Damage caused by incorrect fuel.<\/span><\/li>
          • Damage caused as a result of a breach of the rental agreement\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>
          • Damage caused as a result of fire, natural disasters and terrorist attacks.<\/span><\/li>
          • Damage to the car interior.<\/span><\/li>
          • Glass breakage.<\/li>
          • Damage caused to the underneath and the top of the car, the antenna, the mirrors and the tires.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            PAI \u2013 Personal Accident Insurance:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            The renter is not covered by a \u201cDriver\u2019s Insurance\u201d (PAI), unless he\/she accepts and signs the relevant term of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of: 10\u20ac\/ rental day for all categories of vehicles.<\/span><\/p>

            Maximum amount of insurance compensation payable:
            15,000 Euros.<\/span><\/p>

            Insurance Limits:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            Vehicles are insured against third parties (excluding the driver) for death and bodily harm up to the amount of one million two hundred and twenty thousand Euros (1,220,000.00\u20ac) per accident and for material damages by third parties (excluding the THEOCAR vehicle) up to the amount of one million two hundred and twenty thousand Euros (1,220,000.00\u20ac). In case of change of the above limits, the minimum limits, as defined by the applicable Greek legislation, shall always apply. Damages exceeding the insurance
            coverage limit, or excluded by it, shall be fully paid by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

            WUG: Wheels, Underside & Glass break coverage:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            The renter is fully released of the liability for any damage to the car\u2019s tires, the underside of the car or the glasses of the car only provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of:<\/span><\/p>

            12\u20ac\/ rental day for all the categories.<\/span><\/p>

            Theft \/ Fire:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            The renter is fully released of the liability for any damage to the car in the event of fire or theft, provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of:
            10\u20ac\/ rental day for all the categories.<\/span><\/p>

            Main condition for the above coverage is the absence of negligence, even slight, or of unlawful conduct during the vehicle\u2019s rental.<\/span><\/p>

            Road Assistance:<\/span><\/b>
            Theocar rental\u00a0cars are covered by 24hours road assistance. Road assistance\u2019s contact details are stated on the rental contract. Where replacement of the vehicle deemed as necessary, up to 24 hours are required for areas in the Mainland, while for any other area within the Greek territory, a period of up to 72 hours is required. If it is proven in the end that the replacement of the vehicle is not deemed necessary, then the lessee will be charged with transportation cost.<\/span><\/p>

            Car transport out of the country:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            Transport and driving of the car outside the borders of the Greek Territory is prohibited. Driving of the car out of the country is allowed exceptionally and only upon written permission by the company and payment of the amount which the company shall determine in each case.<\/span><\/p>

            Car transport by ship:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            The transport of the car by ferry is permitted only after written approval from the company. If the company accepts the request, the renter may choose the additional coverage of the ferry transport (Ferry Fee) which is set at 20\u20ac per day with a maximum charge of 60\u20ac. In any other case, the renter is fully responsible for any damages that may be caused during\u00a0the transport, regardless of any additional insurance coverage that was accepted and paid at the beginning of the rental.<\/span><\/p>

            Removal of license plates<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            In case of removing the license plate because of a traffic offense, the renter will be charged for the disuse of the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>

            Loss Of Key<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            A Loss Of Key Fee applies depending on the vehicle
            group.<\/span><\/p>

            Vehicle Cleaning<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            In case the car requires a special cleaning procedure (i.e. smell removal, animal pollution, spill of liquids etc.) after returning, a cleaning charge will apply.<\/span><\/p>

            V.A.T.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

            The Value Added Tax is 24% in Greece and it is included in the prices.<\/span><\/p>
